I hired Eclipse Remodeling to fix up the family home before placing it on the market. They were able to get my job on their schedule in a few weeks. I was in a very vulnerable position. I was the sole Trustee of the Trust that owned the house and I live in Canada. A contractor could have taken advantage of this to not do all the work or to do it poorly. I put my trust (literally) in this company and they delivered. The work was done quickly and it transformed the house. When the house went on the market, we had multiple offers in less than two days. Without the high quality work that was done by In And Out Remodeling, there is no way the house would have sold so quickly and at a good price. The company was great to work with, very professional and they cleaned up after their work, even with no one watching over what they were doing. I’m very glad I hired In And Out Remodeling. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price.

We hired Eclipse to replace the badly damaged sidewalk in front of our house. We were very satisfied with the work both in terms of quality and price. They completed the entire job in 3 days. There was no stopping once they started. They did demolition of the old sidewalk on the first day, built the forms on the second day and poured the concrete. On the 3rd day they removed the forms and cleaned up. They had a good size crew and the job was done quickly with minimal interruption to the neighborhood. The price was really good and we would definitely use them in the future for concrete work.

We just recently completed a remodeling project, for a few years we are thinking about it and we added a room to our house. we started the addition process
with architectural and engineering plan, it went smooth and easy, we sent back any changes that we had in mind. Few weeks upon the permit approval, construction started. Ilai the project manager was super knowledgeable and updated us almost daily, their designer assisted with the final materials inputs and recommendations, all of the crewmember was respectful and clean. We are very happy with the end result!! And I’m happy to recommend to any one I know.

My wife and I were really excited to replace the floor in our house . We did shop around but everything was on the expensive side and everything required a lot of coordination. I ended up talking to Simon from Eclipse remodeling , as a one stop shop for everything related. Simon was the one coming to the house as the process started, he was the one to meet me at the showroom to pick the floor. Once we saw something we liked, Simon took care of the rest. The material showed up in the house (as it needs to acclimate for 2 weeks at least) and when it was time for installation, everything was done in a few days (including self leveling, soundproofing and insulation). And again, compared to any different route, the process was extremely smooth, everything was in stock, the result is amazing with minimal waste.

Im so thrilled I choose Simon to do my remodeling, I went traveling to Brazil for a month and came back to a whole new, and so stunning apartment. I couldn’t believe it was this perfect. Every little detail done with perfection.
He is the best in what he does, He is so hard working and will bend over to get everything the way you dreamed for.
He is very responsible and easy to work with, always answered me( a thousand times) right away.
Went to search for my desired specific countertop ( which was sold out everywhere) and found it!!!
Cabinet quality is amazing and the flooring is gourgeous what a difference!!!!!

I’m glad we selected Eclipse Builders for our project. Although my project took a little longer than I expected, Jacob was able to add some additional services I requested in the middle of the remodel. Recently had our roof done. High quality workmanship, met estimated timeline, including unplanned repairs. Simon was on-sight everyday and kept us informed of progress. Great attention to detail, friendly, hardworking crew who put in long days. Cleanup everyday before they left. Highly recommend. Will definitely use for any future work.

Wow wow wow! We cannot say enough great things about Shawn and the entire IOC team! This was our first remodel and we had no idea what we were doing. In addition to doing AMAZING work, Shawn provided guidance and patience with us along the way. Our project consisted of an entire primary bathroom remodel, a brand-new half bath, new floors and paint throughout the house, new kitchen countertops, and a new built-in pantry. It was a lot to cover, and they finished the job in 5 months! I often asked myself, could we have done this without a contractor? And the answer I learned is a big HECK NO! Shawn and IOC provided us trustworthy subcontractors and the oversight and experience to make sure they did their jobs right and at the right time. Shawn has access to amazing people and there is no way we could have found them on our own. Shawn also has a reputation for being a perfectionist, which is awesome when he is working on your behalf! If one of the subs didn’t do something to his standards, he would make them redo it until it was perfect. He and his team made our house a HOME! They brought out all of the love and good energy that was possible about this house. We could not have asked for a better contractor! He and his crew were on time, dedicated, patient, understanding, knowledgeable craftsmen and just downright good people.

IOC just completed a major renovation of the two bathrooms & kitchen in our condo. I highly recommend this company and would gladly work with this team in the future. Our project was basically a gut job (to the studs) of a 1984 era unit, repairing water damage, correcting prior construction deficiencies & ensuring all areas were up to current code requirements. Work was completed on time & within budget. The team members were a delight to work with! Each person took pride in their work & enthusiastically shared the results. Communication with the team was excellent. They listened to what we wanted, asked great questions and provided guidance when needed. The result is a beautiful space we will enjoy for many years. IOC recently helped us convert a large dated bonus room into a mud entry, bedroom and full bath along with several other improvements including adding a pocket door to create an ensuite bath, interior paint, flooring, etc. in other areas of the house. Shawn and the entire IOC team were a pleasure to work with. The pricing was very reasonable and ended up being about what we had estimated ourselves before talking with contractors and it stayed that way until the end of the project. They were flexible when we wanted to add or tweak items, offered consultation on design choices and options to solve unexpected issues. The work looks great! Overall we are very happy and would call them again ourselves if we ever have another project. Everyone who came to the house was respectful and hardworking. We couldn’t have been happier with Inside Out. Shawn and Oscar were great to deal with, they were responsive, fair in their pricing, and very transparent at every step of the project. We had two full bathroom remodels, and a few replacement door installations along with a variety of troubleshooting projects in our 1950’s era home that came with a lot of 1950’s era problems. Shawn’s team was very professional and courteous – we were home for the vast majority of their work, and we always felt like they took care to treat our home with respect and concern. Their end-product was fantastic, but I think my biggest compliment for them is that both Shawn and Oscar were concerned about getting things right. There were several parts of the projects that we had concerns with, and they were excellent at listening to us and ultimately making sure things were done correctly – and several times during walkthroughs Shawn or Oscar spotted something without us having to bring it up and made sure it was fixed. We would definitely use Inside Out again for any project that comes up.

We recently finished our garage conversion in our 2 cars garage. Overall it took 6 months from signing to completion including permits, approval, materials selection and building. In the last seven months, we started to design and build our beautiful ADU. It started with interviewing about five companies – we decided to go with this company. Their price is fair, they are very knowledgeable and they took us to few ongoing projects but on top of that, they are like an open book. Their architect worked with us closely to make sure the design meet our expectations, engineering took about three weeks and we submitted a permit. The city took about 2 1/2 months to approve. Start to finish of the construction took three months, that is much quicker than we expected!! The crew was very respectful, clean and efficient. The project manager was on top of everything and updated us 3 to 4 times. Overall, we are super happy with the results of having an ADU in our property.
